1999 – 2001
Paraic worked for three years with a development agency working with communities that had been separated by the border along the county lines of Monaghan, Fermanagh, Armagh, and Tyrone. He developed arts and cultural projects that engaged and connected communities.
2008 – 2012
Between 2008 and 2012 he worked on a project called Life’s No Picnic on the Streets with Depaul Ireland Homeless Agency. Detailed here are some images of one of the photographic projects undertaken with service users of Aungier Street wet hostel. He adapted beer cans to use as a new medium to take portraits of the service users.
