Paraic started teaching through the informal setting of community arts working with people from many backgrounds and from all age groups. The focus was mainly on the shared experience rather than the professional qualification.
Since 2003, Paraic has lectured in Cultural Policy and Arts Management in IADT Dun Laoghaire. He places emphasis in his teaching on experiential learning through site visits, expert talks, and practical projects.
